This Zenith Hotel Cameron Highlands review covers a road trip stop that delivered considerably more than expected — and introduced one of the most memorable balconies in the entire catalog.
Cameron Highlands is a destination worth slowing down for. The cool mountain air, the scenery and the pace are a genuine contrast to the heat of KL and the coast — and the Zenith sits in the middle of it with multiple restaurants within easy walking distance.
The room is spacious with a comfortable double bed setup and all the in-room touches you would hope for at this level — robes, a safety box, a scale and a compact but functional bathroom. The balcony is exceptional. One of the largest hotel balconies encountered on this trip — perfect for sitting with a drink and taking in the Cameron Highlands scenery, weather permitting.
The gym surprised positively — plenty of machines and actual breathing room, which is not always a given with hotel fitness centers. The breakfast was the other standout — impressive variety and genuinely friendly service that set the morning up well.
A property that delivered more than expected in a destination that deserves more time than most people give it.
