The room is clean and genuinely spacious — larger than you might expect at this price point. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent, covering the basics without overreaching.
The location centres around Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall, a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Shopping, movies and a wide range of dining options are all under one roof — a practical advantage for anyone spending multiple nights in the area. Starbucks is located downstairs for the morning coffee run. There is also an Italian rooftop restaurant on site for anyone wanting to stay closer to home in the evenings.
Transit requires a bit of planning. Awan Besar LRT Station on the Sri Petaling Line is around a 20 minute walk — manageable but not ideal in KL’s heat. The better option is the free shuttle from Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall which takes the edge off that distance considerably.
The hotel’s strongest suit is its proximity to Axiata Arena, making it a natural choice for anyone attending events there.
